PRESIDENT TONY CATT TO STEP DOWN AT 2024 AGM

Mark your calendars! The 2024 Annual General Meeting is set to take place on July 3rd at the Adelaide University Playing Ground, West Beach with official announcement and formalities to come shortly.

Today, we also announce that Baseball SA President, Tony Catt will not be running for a second term in the role of president at the upcoming AGM.

Tony has been a dedicated Board President and Director, rolling up his sleeves, working closely with community members and being the face of the League.

In his time as President, Tony was a driving force in bringing Gawler into Division 1 Baseball and helped steer their new development into existence. Tony also introduced Town Halls as a way for clubs to dive deeper into the League’s strategies and have open productive discussions. He was also instrumental in expanding and improving the development pathways for Juniors and Coaches.

We are grateful for the years of service Tony has dedicated to the sport of Baseball in South Australia and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.

As we bid farewell to Tony, we also look ahead to an exciting future for Baseball SA. We are pleased to announce that applications will be opening for the following board positions:
