EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST OPEN NOW FOR AWC, AYWC & CHARTER

Baseball SA is excited to announce that Expressions of Interest are now open for coaching positions for the upcoming Australian Women’s Championships (AWC), Australian Youth Women’s Championships (AYWC), and Charter programs. This is your chance to get involved in these prestigious tournaments and help guide the next generation of talented players to success!

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for coaches who are:

  • Passionate about developing athletes and fostering a positive team environment.

  • Experienced in baseball coaching, with a deep understanding of the game’s strategies and dynamics.

  • Committed to player development, focusing on both technical skills and personal growth.

  • Dedicated to their own coaching development and willing to participate in a series of game simulations to enhance and test their knowledge and ability (more information to come).

  • Adaptable and able to work collaboratively with other coaches and team staff.

  • Available to commit to the preparation, training sessions, and tournaments that come with these roles.

    At a minimum, coaches must meet the following criteria to be eligible for selection:

    • Registered on GameDay

    • Possess a valid Working With Children Check

    • Possess a minimum of Level B coaching accreditation

    • Available for the tournament which is usually held in April

    • Registered on GameDay

    • Possess a valid Working With Children Check

    • Possess a minimum of Level B coaching accreditation

    • Be a member of a club within the Charter boundary

    • Be available for Charter State Championships; Scheduled for April, with the national tournaments for Charter ranging from May to July.
